- Buspirone, carbamazepine, digoxin, hydantoins (eg phenytoin), itraconazole, ketoconazole, nefazodone, serotonin reuptake (eg fluoxetine) inhibitors, or sodium oxybate (GHB) because they may be at increased risk of side effects Desyrel
