Suprax

Suprax treat infections caused by certain bacteria are used.

Orally with or without food Take Suprax. If stomach upset occurs, take with food to reduce stomach irritation.

Suprax is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It works by killing sensitive bacteria.

Do not take 2 doses at once. If you miss a dose of Suprax, and you use it regularly, use it as soon as possible.

Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature for moisture and sunlight.

Suprax Do not use if:

• Suprax you or any other component of cephalosporins (eg cefalexin) have allergic
• You will be having a live typhoid vaccine

• Anticoagulants (eg warfarin) or carbamazepine, because of their side effects may be at increased risk for Suprax
• Live typhoid vaccine because their effectiveness may be reduced Suprax

• If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
• If you have any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal or dietary supplement you are taking
• If you have medicine, food, or are allergic to other substances
• If you are serious (eg, amoxicillin) or beta-lactam antibiotics penicillin (such as imipenem,) that an allergic reaction (eg, severe rash, hives, breathing difficulties, dizziness) have been
• If you have diarrhea, stomach and intestine (eg swelling) problems, bleeding or blood clotting problems, liver problems, or poor nutrition
• If you have a history of kidney problems or if you are undergoing dialysis
