Check with your health care provider before you start, stop or change the dose of medication. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:

• If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
• If you have any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal or dietary supplement you are taking
• If you have medicine, food, or are allergic to other substances
• Diabetes or high blood potassium levels, you are heart, kidney, liver, or a problem

• Potassium-sparing (eg, spironolactone), diuretics, because high blood potassium levels may increase the risk of
• Cyclosporine or other drugs (eg aminoglycoside antibiotics [eg, gentamicin], amphotericin B, cisplatin, cyclosporine, ganciclovir, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs [NSAIDs] [eg, ibuprofen], vancomycin) or the kidneys (eg, liver damage may be, acetaminophen, methotrexate, ketoconazole, HIV infection for isoniazid, certain medications), kidney or liver may increase the risk of side effects. Tacroz Forte Do not use the ointment:
  • Tacroz Forte ointment you for all components including castor oil, are allergic to
  • You astemizole, cisapride, dofetilide, ibutilide, a potassium-sparing diuretics (eg spironolactone), sirolimus, terfenadine, or ziprasidone take
  • You have taken the last 24 hours of cyclosporine
  Contact your doctor or health care provider immediately if any of these apply to you. Ask your doctor that you are not sure whether your medications have kidney or liver damage
• Many prescription and nonprescription medicines (eg, infection, inflammation, pain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, seizures, stomach problems in the experiment), multivitamin products, herbal or dietary supplements (eg, herbal teas, coenzyme Q10, garlic, ginseng, ginkgo, St. John's wort), astemizole, cisapride, dofetilide, ibutilide, sirolimus, terfenadine, and ziprasidone to interact with tacrolimus may increase the risk of side effects
